  21.     Unless you're hitting it during the heart of primetime, we should be 
  22. getting decent speed.  I've never seen it slow to the point of being unusable 
  23. even then though. However, as our traffic is increasing exponentially, we will 
  24. be adding more bandwidth soon.
  25.     At any rate, you can get the file from our BBS or Compuserve as well as 
  26. off the FTP site...
